Java Jampit Estate – 10oz

The Jampit Estate was established by the Dutch in the 18th century, and is now run by the government. The coffee is grown in the highlands of Java, where the high altitude and volcanic soil provide ideal growing conditions. Unlike most processing from Indonesia, the coffee from Jampit is fully washed, which gives the coffee a clean, balanced profile.

Colloquially referred to as the “Guinness of coffee” around the roastery, this coffee has a dense and syrupy mouthfeel with lots of rich, dark chocolate flavors coming through and very low acidity levels without too much roast. Makes an incredible cold brew!
